Am I eligible to apply?

Do I have to be the sole proprietor of my company to apply?
To be eligible, you can be either the sole proprietor, or one of the founding partners of your business.
I work from home, would I be eligible to apply?
Yes. You do not need to have an office space to be considered for this award. You can apply if you meet our eligibility criteria. Please have a look at them at this link (Click here).
I don’t have a team or office, would I be eligible to apply?
You do not need a team or an office to be able to apply. All you need is to fulfill certain eligibility criteria. Please have a look at them here (Click here).
How many years does my business have to be operational to apply?
The business should have been registered for operations on or before December 31, 2018
How old do I have to be to apply?
To be eligible for the awards, you must be a citizen of India and be 18 years of age or older.
Is there a cap on the turnover of my business, to apply?
To be eligible to apply, the annual turnover of your business must be a minimum of INR ₹5 Lacs.
Should my company be registered to be eligible?
Yes, only businesses registered under any recognized government authority, for operations anywhere in India are eligible to be considered.
Should my business be located in any particular city to be eligible for the awards?
Chapter 2 of TIMES She UnLTD. Entrepreneur Awards is open to only these cities – Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and Bengaluru. To be eligible for the awards, your business needs to be registered in, headquartered at, or having operations in any of the above cities.
I own multiple businesses. Can I apply separately for each one of them?
Yes, you can, if each of these businesses meet the eligibility criteria.
What is the deadline to register and submit an entry?
Entry submissions to Times She UnLTD. Entrepreneur Awards 2020 are open till the midnight of April 08, 2020.
Is there any participation/nomination fee?
No, there is no participation or nomination fee.
How many people can I nominate?
You can nominate as many women entrepreneurs as you would like. A person can also be nominated across multiple categories if she meets the eligibility criteria. Please note, the nominated woman entrepreneur needs to apply for the awards and meet eligibility criteria to be considered for further rounds.
Do I need to submit any documents?
There are some mandatory documents like PAN Card, Aadhar Card, etc. which you need to submit during the registration. However, you might be asked to furnish certain other documents as proofs, if you are shortlisted to further rounds.
How do I know if my entry has been accepted?
Once you have successfully submitted your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with your entry ID. You will also be contacted in case we require any further information.
Can I change my entry details after I have submitted the form?
No. However, you can keep the application saved in your profile, and submit it once you have all the required details in place. Once submitted, no changes can be done to the application form.
Who will be the jury for the Times She UnLTD. Entrepreneur Awards 2020?

When will the judging process begin?
The shortlisting process will start as soon as your details are received by us. The Jury will meet the shortlisted candidates in April – May 2020 for their final decisions.
How will you contact me if I am shortlisted?
You will receive a confirmatory mail in case you have been shortlisted for further rounds. In case of any change in communication details like phone number, email address etc., please keep our team informed through an email to our registered email address. Else, we may be unable to contact you.
What do I do if I’m not selected?
The jury’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entertained after the judging process is completed. The process is supervised by KPMG and hence, no deviations are allowed.
What is a Jury Meet?
Jury Meets are on-ground events hosted in each of the cities Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru in presence of some members of the Jury Panel and BCCL awards management team. The shortlisted finalists will be invited for a one-on-one presentation with the Jury panel. The briefing for the Jury Meet will be shared only with the shortlisted finalists. Is it possible to change the Jury Meet Date?
No. The date for Jury Meet will be announced formally by BCCL awards management team in print and on digital platforms of Bombay Times, Delhi Times and Bangalore Times which are TOI’s city supplements. Once announced, any requests for date change will not be entertained. Please ensure, if shortlisted, the finalist must attend the Jury Meet in person. Any requests for video-calls or video-conference or permission for a substitute representative to present to jury, will be not entertained. Travel, boarding and lodging expenses along with any incidental expenses will be borne by the finalists for this meet.
How do I connect with the BCCL awards management team?
All communication must be directed to the official awards email ID – [email protected] Any direct communication to personal IDs of any BCCL employee or Jury Panel regarding the awards will not be entertained.
Are entry forms and the information provided kept confidential?
All information submitted by participants will be strictly confidential and will only be shared with the process advisory and evaluation team of KPMG (Registered), BCCL awards management committee and jury members.
